I find and repair leaking or broken drain lines beneath your home with a focused, methodical approach.

A More Personal Way to Protect Your Home

A hidden drain leak can affect the soil, flooring, foundation area, or indoor air if it is left unresolved. I inspect the symptoms and trace the drainage path to identify where the line has failed. My goal is to understand the actual cause before recommending the repair.

Once the damaged area is located, I explain the work clearly and carry out the repair with care for your home and surrounding plumbing. I keep the process organized, protect accessible work areas, and share practical information about the condition I found. The result is a repair plan based on the specific leak rather than guesswork.

Ideal For

• Homeowners noticing damp areas or drain odors

• Properties with recurring drain backups

• Suspected leaks beneath floors or crawl spaces

• Broken underground or under-home drain lines

How It Works

1. Inspect the symptoms: I review the signs of trouble and assess the accessible plumbing areas.

2. Locate the leak: I trace the drain line to identify the damaged or leaking section.

3. Complete the repair: I explain the recommended work and repair the affected drain line.
